AUTONOMOUS ENGINEERING AND DATA INDEPENDENCE

Autonomous engineering and data independence: CMAI — an enterprise-grade, autonomous AI engineering model.

Global tools such as Copilot, Cursor, Devin and Windsurf all run in the cloud, and even in their highest enterprise tiers data flows outside the institution. In the face of BDDK and KVKK regulations, this increases the risk of domestic institutions falling behind in global competition. CMAI removes this obstacle entirely.

CMAI is an end-to-end autonomous engineering intelligence carrying all the muscle of a quarter-century of the software world. Beyond a simple code completion tool, it is an autonomous workforce that assumes the duties of every critical position.

• Data security and regulatory compliance

  Designed to prevent source code and customer data from leaking into global cloud-based artificial intelligence models; it is installed on institutions’ own servers (on-premises), and all sensitive assets are kept isolated within the institution’s own infrastructure.

• Proprietary “Bridge” infrastructure

  As the result of R&D carried out over the past 5 months, the bridge architecture has been successfully completed; the platform is now fully ready to run directly on local servers.

Awakening headquarters — spreading production to the grassroots.

Our technology vision extends far beyond commercial boundaries. The operation centers we have established in six countries and the offices we have opened in Türkiye’s strategic cities are not commercial centers; each is an awakening headquarters from which we will spread technology, hardware and software production to the grassroots.

• Global positioning

  From our Silicon Valley (CA) headquarters, we are present across three continents through six operation points extending to London, Dubai, Ottawa, Mexico City and Berlin; we deliver the technology we produce directly from within the target market.

• Positioning in Türkiye

  We began our march and consolidated our presence in İstanbul, the heart of trade, finance and technology; Ankara, the center of the public and defense industries; Bursa, the capital of automotive and heavy industry; and Samsun, the linchpin of the Black Sea trade and logistics corridor. We have taken root in four cities, and we are expanding.

  İzmir, the Aegean’s export and innovation center; Adana, the southern logistics and agricultural industry base; Mersin, the global gateway of the port corridor; Konya, the agriculture, food and production heart of Anatolia; and Gaziantep, the export locomotive of the Southeast — our ventures will continue along all of Türkiye’s industrial and strategic corridors.

  We do not build our systems upon mortal names; we do not center them on individuals. Our systems are designed to stand on their own even if we are no longer here tomorrow, to operate flawlessly without dependence on any individual, and to carry this country forward in perpetuity.

  We are production-focused people, bound to no one and operating outside any static order. Categorizing and divisive debates cannot pass through our company’s door. What is essential for us: merit, intellect, honest labor and benefit to humanity.

• Uncompromising business ethics

  When our business partners sit down at the table with us, we act according to the project’s true value; the necessary steps are taken transparently. Deceptive and misleading paths are never taken, nor is anyone ever permitted to take them.

• Our roots and our horizon

  A founding will extending from Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk — the unshakable architect of our independence and our modern vision — back to Oğuz Kağan and Timur; the engineering of Mimar Sinan that defies the centuries, the maps of Piri Reis that crossed the seas, the universal science of Ibn Sina, Al-Farabi and Ali Qushji — this heritage shapes our horizon. Mevlana’s human-centered philosophy nourishes our stance, and the interdisciplinary curiosity of Da Vinci and Tesla nourishes our engineering approach.
