Under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), nijitech ("Company") informs you about how your personal data is processed as data controller.

2. Personal Data Processed
Through our website and contact channels we may process:
- Identity and contact data (name, email, company)
- Request content (form message, meeting topic preference)
- Security data (IP address, browser info, access logs)

- Receiving, evaluating, and responding to contact requests
- Running discovery calls and partnership processes
- Fulfilling legal obligations
- Ensuring information security and service continuity
4. Legal Bases
Your data is processed under KVKK Art. 5 based on contract performance, legitimate interest, and your explicit consent (contact form checkbox).
5. Transfers
We prefer EU-region processing (Azure OpenAI EU) for AI infrastructure. Cross-border transfers follow KVKK Art. 9 with appropriate safeguards; recipients and countries are disclosed on request.
6. Retention
Contact records are kept up to 2 years after the request is closed, or longer if required by law or an ongoing business relationship.
7. Your Rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you may request information, correction, deletion, objection, and compensation. Contact murat@nijitech.io; we respond within 30 days.
