// NIJITECH · FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Straight answers to the common questions.
A technology studio in Istanbul. We build autonomous AI products, all on one backbone: niji core. You keep data control: on-premise or cloud. Output shows its source. A human makes the critical call.
Questions and answers
Data, security and compliance
What is nijitech?
nijitech is a technology studio based in Istanbul, Türkiye, building autonomous AI systems. At its core is niji core, a model orchestration backbone: it selects the appropriate model for the type of input, produces output in an explainable form, and leaves any decision with lasting consequences to human approval. Bespoke enterprise solutions and sixteen of its own products run on that same backbone.
Where does nijitech process and store my data?
For nijitech products the European Union region is preferred for processing. Where a transfer is required, safeguards under KVKK art. 9 apply and the recipients are disclosed on request; the current provider list is published in Exhibit C of the Data Processing Addendum. This is a deliberate choice driven by GDPR data residency expectations and, for Turkish customers, KVKK's cross-border transfer provisions.
Are nijitech products GDPR and KVKK compliant?
Products are designed with GDPR and KVKK requirements in mind. Processing takes place on-premise or in the cloud, processing activities are logged, and outputs are stored in an auditable form. For enterprise deployments a data processing agreement (DPA) is put in place. If your organisation has specific compliance requirements, we review them together before rollout.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No by default. There are two exceptions: in proof-of-concept work, where the participating company has given written permission; and for the development of a customer's own platform, at that customer's own request. Otherwise data is processed solely to deliver the function of the product in question — for example, transcribing and summarising a meeting in nijibot.
What happens if the AI makes a wrong decision?
Critical decisions pass through human approval. Rather than applying a result directly, nijitech products produce a recommendation and request approval for high-impact steps — in AdMost, for instance, a budget shift can be routed for sign-off. Every output is also traceable to its source, so an error can be followed backwards.
Explainability and niji core
What is niji core?
niji core is nijitech's model orchestration backbone. It manages different AI models on a single pipeline: it selects the appropriate model based on the type of input (text, audio, signal), processes it, and produces the output (summary, score, match) in an explainable form. All sixteen nijitech products run on this same backbone.
What does "explainable output" mean in practice?
Explainable output means every result is tied to its source. Each item in a meeting summary can be traced back to the part of the transcript it came from; a product score can be traced to the demand and competition data behind it. In practice this means you can challenge an output, ask why it was produced, and evidence its rationale during an audit.
Which AI models does nijitech use?
niji core is designed to be model-agnostic; it selects the model best suited to the task, and models can change over time. For enterprise deployments, model providers hosted on-premise or in the cloud are preferred.
Products and integration
How many products does nijitech have and what do they do?
There are eleven live products: nijibot (meeting assistant and coach), cep taxi (mobility platform), AMZAIPlus (Amazon and e-commerce automation), Amz Calculus (Amazon profitability analysis), WhatsMod (omnichannel communication), AdMost (advertising management), OtoWos (car dealership payment and escrow), Pylun (EVM-compatible blockchain ecosystem), CMDesk (remote desktop and central IT), Kovanly (virtualisation panel) and Lattix (peer-to-peer VPN).
Can it integrate with our existing systems?
Yes. Products are built to work with common enterprise tools — nijibot with Google and Microsoft calendars, Slack and Jira; WhatsMod with Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Shopify and WhatsApp channels. Where a standard integration does not cover the need, a custom solution can be built on top of niji core.
Does nijitech only sell ready-made products, or also build custom solutions?
Both. nijitech runs three lines of work on the same track: it builds the core technology (niji core), constructs custom solutions for clients on top of that core, and proves it works through its own products.
How we work
How does a project start?
It starts with a discovery conversation: the current process, data sources and success criteria are clarified together. Scope and a rollout plan follow. To begin, write to murat@nijitech.io.
Where is nijitech located and which regions does it serve?
nijitech is headquartered in Istanbul, Türkiye, with its campus at the Bilişim Vadisi technology park. It serves organisations in Türkiye and the European Union. The team works hybrid; some roles are fully remote.
Does nijitech have open positions?
Yes. Open roles and application routes are listed on the careers page. If you find a fit that is not listed, write to kariyer@nijitech.io.
