Catalogue analysis
Your product catalogue is read and each product is mapped to the sector and buyer profile it corresponds to. This is where the search starts.
EXPORT
Exporia.io
An AI-assisted export engine that reads your product catalogue, finds the buyer in the target country, then builds the outreach sequence in that country's own language.
Exporia.io automates the two most exhausting steps of export sales — finding who to contact and writing to them in their own language. It analyses your product catalogue, searches for matching buyers in the target country, builds a multi-step outreach sequence and analyses incoming replies to update the sales funnel.
THE FLOW
Three steps feed each other: understanding what you sell, finding who will buy, writing in the right language.
Your product catalogue is read and each product is mapped to the sector and buyer profile it corresponds to. This is where the search starts.
Potential buyers in the target country are searched across Google, LinkedIn, marketplaces such as Amazon and Ozon, and local chambers of commerce.
A three-step outreach sequence is built for each buyer found, with messages written in the target country’s own language — composed in that language, not translated into it.
Every one of these steps runs on the same backbone: the niji core pipeline →
REPLIES AND COMPLIANCE
The sequence does not end once sent: replies are read, classified, and the funnel state changes accordingly.
Natural language processing separates interest from objection and refusal in the incoming reply, and decides the next step accordingly.
Each buyer sits in the funnel with a colour; which step they are on and how they replied is visible at a glance.
The rules of cold outreach differ by country. Sequences are built to meet GDPR and CAN-SPAM requirements, which is also why a local subdomain is set up separately.

Google, LinkedIn, marketplaces such as Amazon and Ozon, and local chambers of commerce in the target country. Four source types are searched together rather than relying on a single list.
They are composed in the target country’s own language. Translating a Turkish text and writing one in that language are not the same thing, and the difference shows in a first-contact message.
Three steps: first contact, follow-up and close. Each step changes according to the reply to the previous one, and the sequence stops once a reply arrives.
Natural language processing separates the reply into interest, objection and refusal, and the buyer’s colour in the CRM funnel changes accordingly. Nobody on the team has to read the inbox message by message.
The rules differ by country and sequences are built to follow them: GDPR on the EU side, CAN-SPAM on the US side. That is why an opt-out link, sender identity and record keeping are an inseparable part of the sequence.
Sending reputation attaches to the domain. When a separate subdomain is set up for each target country, a low response rate in one country does not drag down deliverability in another.
The list of target countries and languages is set per project; the system is not fixed to a single market. Which countries to start with comes out of the product catalogue analysis.
Exporia.io carries its own colour-coded funnel; working alongside an existing CRM is an integration question and is discussed during setup. Tell us which system you use and we will give you a definite answer.
